[Judging from the sudden spurt of static, this is in no way a conversation that was meant to be overheard. The voices are indistinct for a moment -- one of them is familiar, easily recognizable as Cheetor, the Commander of Axiom Nexus' security. The other is an as of yet unidentified mech -- a voice with an air of undeserved confidence.]

[To say the security commander sounds distressed is perhaps not the right word. The other voice simply scoffs.]
Oh, I would say that he can. Unless you plan on arguing with him - Which I would not advise, if you value your audio receptors.
This is out of line. They're barely abiding by the laws as it is, what does he think this is going to do?
I would imagine put them in their place, without causing an outright riot. Then again, the idea of any Outworlder actually trying to face him is... amusing. [He laughs.]
I'm sure it is. But, look at it this way. They had less provocation to incite a riot before. Less at their disposal. And look what they managed to do to the city.
Then file a complaint. You know as well as everyone else that once his mind is made up, there is no changing it... Good luck with that.
