More than likely. Considering that he seems t'have two Soundwaves all bristly at him. Though frankly I'd call that an accomplishment; ain't easy to get them t'agree on anything.

Ain't easy to explain, beyond that they're ruthless and potentially sociopathic and have a way of hacking through most locks on the network. I don't know the Primaxian one overly well, but the Tyran one... Well. Let's say you gotta be insane to not have some caution around him.
