[Mikaela has tried desperately to learn the art of transformation. It's only been a day or so since she woke up like this, so she occasionally loses control of limbs (and always at the least convenient times - if Magnum had any lamps, they were surely decimated by pinwheeling roboarms

[Oh. He. Is. So. Angry. And not just about the wall.]

I'm really sorry.

I'm supposed to be deported, remember?

As if I didn't have to deal with enough....
[So frustrated, enough to pace back and forth...] ....Mikaela. ...how in Cybertron do you run subroutines for emotional management in this body? [...so. Very. Not used to the physical stimulus/adrenaline/effects that come with being angry, and is...suddenly very quiet. He...hates..his heartbeat.]

Subroutines...? We...we don't really have that capability, Magnum. We're pretty emotional creatures. It's harder for us to bottle up our emotions, but it helps if you take a few really deeps breaths and close your eyes. Some people are better at it than others.

But I do have a very specific image to uphold, you realize. Beyond the fact that right now I'm supposed to be dead. Do you wish to see me deported again?
...
though at this rate, it'll be you deported in my body, and none of this will be fixed.
[He...complies with her suggestion, air hissing out through clenched teeth, and eyes squeezed shut.] This is not helping. [He is really, really trying though.]

[With his second comment, she looks hurt again, though he hasn't done anything to hurt her.]
No. I-I don't want you gone.
[She reaches to run her fingers through her hair in irritation, but instead metal clangs against metal and she growls in frustration.]
Close your eyes. That helps too.

...you mean any more than I'm already trying to close them? You realize your optics can still see even behind these membranes? [He shudders...getting less angry simply by being creeped out.]

Well...yeah. [She laughs.] And yes, I know. IT's the light; eyelids are pretty thin when it comes down to it.

...[He opens his eyes.] .... [And blinks.] ...I can't describe to you how strange this is. ...but I get the feeling you know. [Seeing as that she's in just as foreign of a body.]

It is...yeah. It's definitely really weird. Freaky, too. I mean, it's kind of cool, I've never been able to just...drive myself before...well yeah, I mean I've driven cars and stuff but not like actually being one and driving. It's weird.

...no, I think this body would be pretty terrible at changing into a vehicle form, you are right. ...keep working at it. You will get the hang of it. Just bear in mind that I only have three walls left, and if my room becomes a hallway I know many ways to make my body feel excruciating pain. [Its a bit of a joke. And it also isn't.]
Reply
[She grins.] No, my body isn't made for doing that kind of thing. And I'll do my best not to destroy any more walls. I'll practice in a bigger room from now on. Okay?

Be careful, okay?
