Can't say I've heard of the vessel, but you have my sympathies. There are a few people around here who could probably offer you a berth- I got one my first night or so from one of the medical 'bots, myself.

Since I've never heard of the UEO either, I don't think I need to enforce any kind of protocol. The one named Ratchet is the Autobots' chief medical officer. He had a clinic with a few human-sized beds standing idle.

I'm starting to think that if I'm going to be stuck here, I might as well get a loan and open a hostel for newcomers until they find proper living quarters. I take it things are on the peculiar side back home?

I just came out of a battle on a planet called Hyperion. The aliens stole our submarine with us in it and conscripted us into their war. No idea how many of my friends are dead because of that stunt. But I know that if I'd not been pulled here when I was, I'd be one of them.

I don't know about that. Like I said, we just got conscripted into a war on an alien planet. And before that, there was the giant squid that we pissed off. ...Oh, and Neptune.
