[Putress, looking somewhat the worse for wear, is nonetheless not yet dead - well, not yet destroyed - and is proving it with a video post. A streak of dried energon runs crosswise across his mask, and it looks like he had to replace one of his elbow joints. Don't ask how.]It has taken an unacceptable length of time to locate and set up another ( Read more... )

The state of my body has little to do with that of my mind, automaton. It is simply that there is not a craftsman here with sufficient skill to repair my armor.

It is not a projectile itself, to be precise, but rather an oil to be applied thereto. I surmised that this place would not be familiar with the concept.

Your lab was destroyed? That's terrible!

Fortunately Agatha missed the prior post where he was flipping out... death_to_the October 5 2009, 16:24:00 UTC
It was... an unpleasant surprise, I will admit. It does not do to dwell on these setbacks, however. [Putress has apparently gotten the yelling and swearing out of his systems by this point. This is not to say that they didn't happen, though, because they totally did.]

Might you be interested in the samples?

I saw it but don't think I replied, haha~ theheterodyne October 6 2009, 01:38:33 UTC
I am interested, although my weaponry is less of the projectile kind and more energy. Would it still work?

Probably for the best! *lol* death_to_the October 6 2009, 03:29:36 UTC
Unfortunately not - it's an oil to be applied to the projectiles in question, and so they must be solid.

How big of a sample will you be needing?

I would like an in-depth analysis of the body that we obtained, but I would also like this examined from a Cybertronian standpoint--I'd like to see if any of the technology could be utilized in making upgrades for us. Would you be interested in working with a mech?

Of tissue? I can work with as little as half a pound, but I would also like to see the overall construction.

Yes, I can see the value in it.

Then I shall endeavor to find a scientist I trust. They have been strangely lacking of late.

[There is a long consideration.]

The body that we have is currently...inoperable. I don't suppose you have some way of reviving it? It might be more useful to see the parts 'in action,' so to speak.

That is most unfortunate.

[Putress sounds a little amused at Megatron's predicament - well, he is Forsaken. They bring schadenfreude to a whole new level.]

...Interesting. There is a possibility that I can; I am willing to try. We shall learn much even from the attempt.
