Really do hate having a cold. Fortunately I seem to be over the worst of it, bar having clear sinuses and a happy throat.
Had our first game of Vampire the Requiem tonight. My "Mekhet" (actually a Morbus, but nobody - including him - knows it) didn't have to run away from anything, but he'll get his chance soon enough I'm sure.
The game is set in Rome, and we seem to be being set up against the Lancea et Sanctum (ie the Christian vampires). I'm probably going to be very glad of having Obfuscate 3 (what used to be Obfuscate 2 in Masquerade). On the other hand, I really really need to increase my stealth up above one dot...
The difficulty 8 rolls can be quite nasty.
