TWO heavies with two medics.. its insanity at its highest form
Check it out, i'm blogging! I do so because i've been playing a SICKENING amount of Team Fortress 2 lately - i'm playing right now, and typing between deaths, i'm talented that way - and i thought i would shower you will with the fruits of wisdom, born from hard labour and many deaths.
First of all, i got TF2 pretty much the day it came out, this was a long, long time ago and i played it for a long, long time. Then i kind of.. stopped, i'm like that, unpredictable. Some friends have been playing it and that kind of got me back into the game, so i blame them for the return of my addiction, like a recovering alcoholic being friends with pirates. You know, all that rum.
Some people love one class and play it constantly, i tend to play what is needed at the time, but even so i have a lot of time on the pyros and the engineer, i also like the heavy and the spy.
Pyros i love, i love to burn stuff, i sing songs of fire as i run madly around the maps burning everything that dares move in my line of sight. I don't tend to KILL a lot of people, but i set a lot of them on fire.. A LOT.
Pryos are pretty awesome, you can really do two things with pyros, you can charge and chase someone down, usually they will outrun you, so you have to switch to the shotgun and finish off where your flamethrower started. If they aren't on fire, give up and run. The other option is hit-and-run. You dodge out, set someone on fire and hit, then repeat this over and over again..
You would think engineers are easier but.. honestly, while they can be goo, picking the right place to set up your Sentry gun AND keeping it alive isn't an easy task...
The heavy, with a medic, is probably the most deadly, followed, i think, by a pyro and a medic. The heavy is much easier, you point and you shoot and you don't stop. Put yourself near a well placed dispenser and keep a medic handy and you're night unstoppable since you don't reload as a heavy.
The cheapest of the classes, you would think, is the spy. But its not, the spy is actually a very hard class to play and while it can be annoying it isn't all that deadly in the long run. The cheapest class, by far, is the Soldier. Now some might disagree, and well, you can screw off, this is my house.
I say its cheap because they can attack quickly, at close range, and very long range, they can kill you with a few hits, even if they MISS they will still damage you by hitting the ground - if you're smart, thats where you aim - and walls and ceilings. The solider seems to be the most common for this reason, i often see a lot of rocket-spam and it gets annoying sometimes, far more than the sniper-out-of-nowhere shot or the spy's backstab or even the demoman's mines.
With that said, i don't mind the solider, it just gets really cheap, especially when there are TONS of the little bitches.
