Need a helping hand but don't want to shell out the insane costs of computer repair services?
Look no further!
Simply go to portableapps.com/apps do a quick search for teamviewer. Download the application, running the .exe select your desktop as the install path. The exe is basically a self extracting zip file so it'll place the program in a folder on your desktop.
After installing the program get in touch with me. Messengers are the quickest way to do so, and I believe you can see them in my userinfo.
After you get in touch with me I'll tell you to fire up the application, you simply have to give me the user ID and password it presents you. After that I can connect to your computer and it'll be like I'm logically sitting at your desk with you.
For Windows users only, Mac Users are on their own.
Linux users shouldn't need my help, but if you do, just give me SSH access.
Mac users could give me SSH access too I suppose, but Mac isn't quite as command line friendly as Linux.
Note: I do not troubleshoot Linux installs on dead badgers, that is all.
