SPN 7.01 - Thoughts

So, the end of this episode basically ruined the canonicity of my Novakfest fic. That fast. I was banking on Godstiel being the S7 Big Bad, but...no dice. While I liked the Leviathan concept, I disliked the ending of the Godstiel plot thread so fast. What about Heaven? What about Crowley? Levi is a totally new side of their own coming into a field already rife with players- obviously they hate God, they will probably hate humans for motivating God to slam them into Purgatory...other than that their intentions are totally opaque. And it looks like 7.02 will be covering Sam's worsening mental condition, so I hope the question of what Levi wants to do - other than destroy the world, that's getting kinda old - will be answered.

possibly I just wanted to see Godstiel make the rounds with the Republican presidential nominees' offices. Show, you do know your fanbase don't you? XD

Other dislikes:
the ritual to summon and bind Death - discontinuity from the S5 ritual Lucifer performed
undoing the impact of the S6 finale
having to find a new S7 icon
...I will, of course, still be watching 7.02. You aren't getting rid of me that easily, Show!
