Comment and I'll give you a color. You post 10 things that remind you of that color
splix gave me blue forever ago.
1. My girlfriend's eyes.
I do not have a hi-res picture of said eyes, so this is someone else's and thus not quite right but close enough. Um. Yeah. I won't spout any of the dozen Petrachan cliches about blue eyes. Just the fact that I remember telling her very soon after we met (hell, may have been the first day, I was fourteen and awkward and oh so lonely), that she had gorgeous eyes. This opinion hasn't changed one bit in the last five-ish years.
2. The TARDIS
...look, my girlfriend came first, that has to knock off a few dork points.
3. Dory!
Yeah, she's my Firefox persona right now.
4. The carpet of the room I had when I was little.
Again, not the actual carpet/room, still not the right shade.
5. Twinnings' Lady Grey Tea box.
OM NOM NOM. Also, I just finished off my box :(
6. Little Fuzzy
The Fuzzies themeselves are not blue, but this edition (the one my father owns, and thus the one I read) is. Such an underrated book.
7. Brian Slade's hair.
This one was just inevitable.
8. Blue roses
Specifically in the context of The Glass Menagerie. I love that play so hard, and the use of the roses as a symbol is lovely.
9. Girl's blue sweater.
That is not her or her sweater. ...Look, I'm running out of things.
10. The heart necklace I got when in NY two years ago
That is not it. I'd have a picture of the real thing if, um, I could find it. It is very much not where it's
supposed to be. Um, yeah. Good thing we have to clean the room
