The fact that she said "you really are straight, huh?" might have been her way of seeing if you'd approach the topic. Maybe she wants to talk about it too, but doesn't know how to bring it up? And thinks that your feelings may have changed since then? You should really talk to her about it. You don't have to bring up the Hetalia fight ~ just go straight for the issue at hand.
