Well, if that's the worst that happens . . .
I was bottling wine for the wine tasting this weekend. Filled up the bottles, then went to cork them.
Position the cork, pull the lever, cork goes in bottle. Position the cork, pull the lever, cork goes in bottle. Position the cork, pull the lever - *shatter*
Suddenly I'm covered in wine, holding a bottle with no neck, nor part of one side, and my arm is covered in glass. Well, now! I guess that bottle didn't want to be recycled!
Dump the bottle's contents down the drain. Check self for injury - nope. Throw glass away (the neck, which had landed at my feet, still held the cork :P). Go upstairs and change clothes. Clean up puddles of wine on corking table. Return to corking, carefully averting face while pulling lever.
