What am I putting in my food?

I'm back to dinner with a chaser of prolonged unconsciousness.

Ate; got comfortable on the couch, ready to watch TV; woke up almost 5 hours later in the exact same position.

Well, I'm not eating too much (since I'm not a sleep eater), and my immune system must be getting all the fuel it needs from sufficient sleep.

Again, folks - I feel *fine*.  I'm just being a snoozing machine.

I'm not getting much accomplished around the house, but I'm healthy.

hallelujah i'm a bum, health, sleep
