also great for dodging cholesterol, diabetes and cancer.
i don't know half of those enzymes (?) but i sure as hell know they're such delicious carb substitutes. just threw four huge-ass juicy ones into a soup with a tube of tofu, add some salt, pepper, sesame oil and an egg white. bring it to a boil and tada! a meal fit for a discerning diva! (which i gobbled and forgot to get a pic of haha)

damn good lunch @ marche, esp the balsamic dressing =p~
