The more I provide meetups for spree-ers, the more I feel that spree-ers are inherently inconsiderate, some irresponsible and mean people.
Probably gotta do with the recent 2 bad experiences.
It's kinda sad if I have to state 'meetups available - for responsible and punctual people only' in the update emails right ?
Out of kindness, supposed to be at my convenience, end up at your convenience and my inconvenience and being taken for granted. What the hell. Furthermore, waste my sms.
No wonder nowadays I feel for organisers more, especially so after I've taken up mod responsibilities and see all the nonsense happening. Sometimes I feel like spree-ers are PLAIN picking on their organisers whenever I see those emails in the mods inbox. There're SO MANY of you, and so few of us! How happy will an organiser feel, if for one spree, out of 20 spree-ers, 4 pick meetup, 2 do a no-show, 3 claim their items 2 weeks after arrival, and the rest slowly topup a few a day and expect you to mail their items the next day?? And no wonder there're fewer and fewer quality organisers. And the LONG lists of T&Cs.
After these few spates, I don't even feel like organising sprees lah. Losing the faith and don't see the fun anymore.
But no choice, mus do the H2T spree for lobot. :S
And please, lah, if you ask stupid questions, do stupid things, you still expect me to reply you nicely?
It's little wonder why people think I'm mean, nasty, or for that matter, why people think most mods anywhere are so, cos the bulk majority of people love to remain ignorant and piss us off.
