Voice and message transcend gender. You will not die typing out excell spreadsheets because the admin guy is on a business trip, but you'll wish you had. Show up late to work once, and rumors will start that you are pregnant. Even if you aren't. Love is fun even when it's one-sided, but you can only beat yourself with a sledgehammer for so long without going into a frenzy of self-induced hyperactive madness.
I hate work. Work starts at 0630 and ends around 1630 ... unless you're on duty, in which case it keeps going 24/7 for weeks at a time. I will be so happy when my rotation is done. Or I would, if I didn't have a two-week trip scheduled for next week and my wisdom teeth removal set for right when I get back.
I have become what I have most loathed and feared. But I have no idea how to stop. And it's getting worse.
