(no subject)
So yeah, today was pretty pimp. Not the day itself, persay, but the events that occurred in the time after noon. I was hanging out in the auditorium, waiting for rehearsal to start, when Mr. McCutchen, my music theory teacher saunters onto the stage. He comes up to me, and out of the blue asks me if I want to work the recording console at the chorus concert that night. So I did. It was awesome. All I had to do was record each song the chorus did onto the cd burner, and then onto a cd when all was said and done. It, I have to say, was pretty badass and, at the same time, really easy. And to cap it all off, I'm getting PAID to do it. Not a kings ransom, by any stretch, but its still money. I'm doing the orchestra concert next week. Its like a quasi-job.
