SCARED!!!
Ok...so i went to take my blood today so the Neurosurgeon knows everything is ok for my back surgery...well my mom told my brother and I that our surgery was going to be quick and painless, becuz thats wat our Attorney said, well...turns out its more then quick and painless....they're going to give us anesthesia to put us to sleep and make an incision to fit a camera and a vacuum to fix our herniated disks...well once the surgery is over, we're on Vicodin for about a week and a half...we can't stand or sit for more than 20-25 minutes, meaning everytime we stand or sit for that long we have to lay down afterwards for a good while, we're going to be stuck wearing a back brace for as long as we need to, and we are not allowed to bend or lift more than 5lbs for 3MONTHS!!!! We must also apply ice all the time...I'm really scared, but i guess its good cuz now i won't have anymore back pain...yay!...but this also means...i can't be in crew anymore, nor tennis until NEXT YEAR Guys!!...sorry to let all my teamates down...:(...Surgery takes place on Wednesday the 30th...and i'll be out all next week from school...i'm gonna talk to my mom about rescheduling it though..bcuz i dont want to miss all the fun end of the year stuff from school...like my class trip coming up April 9th...and prom if i end up going....so i dunno, we'll see...
