(no subject)
Well, okay. It is time for an update since I havent done that in a while and Im really bored. Well last sat. Rob surprised me with a trip to the Aquarium and I must say that I had an AMAZING time. I love the aquarium! I saw all my characters from finding nemo :) hehe Im a dork I know... Anyways, I got to touch a stingray and a shark, and the guy monitering the tank tried to push me in... meanie *shakes fist* We got to see all sorts of things. There was an electric eel and a crocodile looking thing, and jellyfish, and a shark tunnel with loads of sharks, and there were HIPPOS! And penguins and seals hehehe they made me laugh. Gah it was such a good time! We took the ferry over too! I took like over 60 pictures of the entire trip. I know I know, Im retarded. But I dont care! I loved it and I wanted to remember all of it. OH! And I got to see sea dragons and all sorts of stuff like that! Hehe Im excited just thinking back on it. I had such a good time and I could not thank him enough for taking me. Then we got back to philly and walked around a bit. We walked to the betsy ross house and stopped in the starbucks. Ahh the whole day was just great. I ended up messin up my foot and we had to go home, but I still had fun.
In recent news however... I just moved into York today for school. Hooray? LoL. I didnt bring as much stuff as last year, and Im realizing all the things I have forgotten at home. I guess its a good thing that I am going home this weekend. I can get them when I am there. Yesterday I got all the crap I needed from walmart. We need posters so we were going to go out and get a few of those. I had a DA meeting that took like an hour. It was pretty much pointless, but Im glad I went nonetheless. Today I got oriented to the gym, so now I can go there whenever I feel like it. I believe I am going to start a workout schedule as soon as possible. Get myself in shape! I had work today from 11-1 (Im lovin the short shifts now...before I was doin 6 hours straight at the desk... which is hell). After that we had a CCM Complex meeting which took all of 20 min. Tellin us things we already knew basically. No Alcohol, no drugs, no candles (I know.. they are on par with drugs) I went to figure out how much my books were gonna cost me this semester... blah. They will be in the mid 500's. Ridiculous. I hate book buying. And they give you jack shit for them when you sell em back. Its bull. I hate it. Oh well. Its life I guess. You get screwed over no matter what you do.
I start classes tomorrow. My first class is at 8. Its Psych of Learning. Elizabeth is in my class so I am pretty excited about that. Should be fun times. I missed her in all my other classes. I have Teaching health/ Phys ed at 11 and Kari is in that class so that is pretty awesome too :) I know a couple of people in each of my classes this semester. Some are only aquaintences, but something is better than nothing I guess. Well I guess that is all I have for now. I will be updating again as soon as I find out more about my classes.
