So LJ is cool because it encourages longer posts, and feels "safer" than facebook (more anonymity, clearer access controls, etc.)
However, Facebook is where everyone spends their time nowadays. I wonder if there's a way to reconcile this.
Thoughts that come to mind (mostly bad):
- Cross-post everything
- Push LJ posts into FB "messages" for everyone on your friends list
- Get a browser extension that works with LJ
- Make an LJ app for FB
