Buying a DSLR...
So, I've been thinking about buying a DSLR and learning how to use the sucker. Unfortunately, I really don't know anything about this.
Any of you LJers got suggestions? Lots of people around me seem to be getting the Canon EOS 40D. Is that "too much camera" for a beginner to start with? Is Canon a good way to go? I hear Nikon has better lenses, but frankly, I don't know how to judge...
