one of them missed one of the Buffy nights and the episodes from Seeing Red to Two to GoI gave him a quick recap. Tara's dead, Willow's an evil superwitch who wants to destroy the world, Warren got skinned, yadda, yadda

They have been rerunning those episodes on tv lately. I watche Dead Things on Friday. I remember thinking that there was going to be a big message regarding the games that Soike and Buffy played, an "out" if you will. She constantly said "No" and he would say something like "make me" and then they'd have sex. I thought that perhaps he was confused as to the rules. But I guess I was confused, cause it sure seemed like the actrs were playing it as a serious rape attempt.

I was also impressed with Xander's psychic abilities. He saw a bruise on her leg and KNEW there was a rape attempt. amazing. I guess he really did see everything, or well, most things. Since he missed that Spike was having sex with Buffy while she was invisible.
