1. I'm getting my braces out today, and I'm so damn NERVOUS! OMG!
(last time when my dentist removed two brackets to reglue them in a different position it hurt. a lot.)

I like your management technique, I also find that clients rarely know what the hell they actually want, because they don't understand the process. I just do things the way I like them and try to talk them out of whatever stupid ideas they might have. Works out pretty well!

In other news, the planets have finally aligned and I've got you package addressed and all ready to send out later today. Sorry it took me so long, but I think I was subconsciously stalling because I hadn't ordered the replacement DVDs. I just did yesterday, so now it's a go. =)

Life would be so much easier without clients!! Granted, there would be no work for us, but hey, so much easier! *g*
And I really agree very much with you about the whole "they have no clue what they want" thing. But that never makes them say something like: "Do whatever you think is right..."
nooo, they always have to make stupid suggestions and when you actually use them, they think the ideas were totally stupid and don't work. I gave up trying to remind them that it was theirs.
Since I'm doing what I want, they are really that much more satisfied, so we're all happy :)

It will go well! And think how nice it will be to have them off. The first thing my brother did when he had his braces removed was eat an apple. He was quite thrilled not to have the skin stuck all over his braces.
