the other night I told joanna that if I could be any super hero I would be "awkward-situation girl" - because it fits--- this past week speaks for itself I think.
I've been listening to the Neilds Sisters again, and am completely happy every time I do. This is good.

I nearly cried while driving through the outskirts of rutland tonight. i turn a bend in the road where the street lights ended- and I saw the stars. There was no squinting, no counting faint speck using only my right hand...just stars. That's when I was home.
I'm hiking Soap Stone mountian at 8am tomorrow. Yes- that's right- 8am
Jim is I nice man, but I'm skeptical of the wedding bells echoing in my mother's head. Who can blame me?
"We are picking blueberries"

"It's...too early...for blueberries"
"uhhhh, well, you see father...they were really strawberries, but it's been so cold out lately they turned blue"
