Outline example: Atelophobia

Scene one - Kitchen
-Two friends, Alice and Victoria are having, a seemingly, innocent dinner.
-Victoria and Alice are dinning on an extremely small meal. And they’re obsessing over measurements of their servings to fit their unhealthy diet.
-Alice throws a fit when she notices that the servings on her plate were miscalculated and she violently throws her dish away
[Flashback]

Scene two - School
Victoria and Alice first meet with the help of Amber, and one of the first words that comes out Alice’s mouth is “You need more sleep” and hands over a facial cream to help her new friend’s dark circles.

Scene three - Victoria’s bathroom
Alice’s words are taking a toll on her, and determined to prove her wrong, she fixes the flaws that were pointed out to her.

Scene four - Alice’s room
-Over a span of a few weeks, Alice and Victoria have become close and closer, though it is not shown in the movie; how they eventually became friends.
-Alice nudges Victoria with the idea of perfection and how they can easily attain it.

Scene five - Alice’s bathroom

-Alice fixes Victoria’s appearance using all sorts of makeup, creme and beauty product.
[Returns to Present time]

Scene six - Victoria’s bathroom
-From observing their physical “transformation”. Victoria admits that there is a way to reach a stage of flawlessness and it was all about knowing the right ways to achieve said perfection. “It’s all about control”
-They develop a friendship where they would constantly point out each other’s imperfections as well as perfections at the same time.

Scene Seven - School bathroom
-Alice’s persona changes drastically and she violently slams the door shut then throws herself to the nearest sink / toilet to force out her stomach contents.
-When Alice is done, she guides Victoria with the same task.

Scene Eight - Victoria’s hallucinations (Flashbacks)
-Victoria spots her doppelgänger and heavy make up (represents her character from the inside) starring back at her with a smirk.
-She runs back to her room and starts making a mess everywhere until a pair of mysterious black hands appear out of nowhere and pushes her.
-Victoria hits her head and faints on the ground.

Scene Nine - Alice and Victoria’s phone conversation (Back to present)
-Victoria discusses with Alice about her odd hallucination a few nights back
-Suddenly the dial tone is heard. Meaning Alice disconnected the call.

Scene Ten: Phone Call
-Victoria receives a call from a friend (Amber) saying Alice tried to take her own life because she was so malnourished and was going to starve to death if she kept up with her lifestyle
-Victoria nonchalantly tosses the phone away and started reassuring herself. “Alice is perfect. Sickness wasn’t perfection. Death wasn’t perfection”

Scene Eleven: Dinner time
-Victoria is preparing the meal that Alice is supposed to share with her
-Victoria receives another phone call from Amber. “It’s about Alice. S-She died”
-She abruptly ends the call with an Okay, and continues on with her previous tasks, with a passive face.
[Victoria’s voicing-over]
“Alice would be back tomorrow because perfection never dies”
