[And here is a Willow, who has gone for a walk through Xanadu, and is now sitting somewhere near the pine path with her communicator in her lap. The recording begins a little tentatively, with Willow unsure of exactly what to say. So eventually she just launches right into-]

I think my mood changes about it pretty much daily.

Can't imagine why.

I try not to turn down any opportunity where the potential for cake can be involved, though.

Mmmm. Cake! That was one plus I forgot about. Because any type of anniversary can involve cake, right?

[trappedinresin]

It's one of my few important rules.

So a full year, huh? Did you ever make a trip back home?

[awillowywitch]

It's a good one! Mind if I borrow it sometimes?

I went back twice, but only for a few days City-time. Longer back home, but that's pretty much the norm. And I'm not sure it counts. As, y'know, time passing.

It's one meant to be shared.

And I'm still not sure how how the whole time situation works still. Two people from my old world returned home and came back. Both were gone for probably...about a month each here in the city. When they returned though it was a year later at home. It's kinda strange, being a bit farther back in time.

[awillowywitch]

The whole time-space continuum thing is basically null and void here. Because you get sent back to where you left off, and how crazy is that? It's like time just freezes. Also kinda kills the theory that time is linear and can only move in one direction. Still- it was nice to visit home a few times.

I can imagine. I miss home a lot. You have friends here though. From home I mean, right?

I do! It makes it easier. Even when people get sent home.

Yeah, the city should send people home in groups. Remaining while one friend is sent home can be hard. I'm glad it's so easy to make friends here. Everyone can really relate, even regardless of silly things like species.
