There's such a thing as grace and maturity. Especially in the thick of emotional, ugly situations. Hell, I've seen it. I can only pray that I have the strength to exercise it too in the future. And for those who will probably never get close to it in this lifetime, well, all I can say is, good luck to those who will have to deal with them. I hope their patience will be as strong as mine was.
I'm actually really happy right now. I'm completely through with being dark and twisty. I'm back to breaking out into stupid dances out of nowhere and worrying about shallow things like my cellphone.
And I don't really think it's got anything to do with spending this weekend in Singapore and Sunday night with Broken Social Scene.. but I'm still SO EXCITED. Woohoo! I've barely caught any foreign acts, much less seen bands that are on my list of top 10 musical artists of all time (let alone in my top 3 where I think BSS belongs) so I'm really happy for this.
