You're as pretty as Princess Leia and as smart as Yoda
Been doin a lot of recording, and very little studying lately. When the bug hits me I gotta just lock myself in my room and put a guitar/mandolin/bass/keytar in my hand and my face in front of a computer screen. I'm at the point in my recording when I feel that the only thing holding me back (besides a 14 year commitment to the air force/medschool)is my vocals. I don't have a bad voice, but the songs never come out quite as good as I had hoped. All the tracks on my new song are down and I'm just waiting on the vocals - sorethroat/fear. I'm not sure if it is that my equipment/recording space isn't good enough, or my voice, sometimes I feel that if I just had the right equipment ... studio magic!!! This one time I tried this plug in reverb on some vocals I had done, and it sounded awesome, but it was a demo version and wouldn't let me save, and when I tried to pay for the full version it said that it was no longer available ... dammit.
