His musing was interrupted by a man rushing past. Peter, wasn't it? He thought that was what he'd said at that lesson, the last time they'd had a chance to talk. He'd looked upset. Darvish followed, watching him for a moment before he spoke. "Problem, friend?"

Kalmorth nosed his leg and then sighed, not leaving Peter to check out the other dragon or his rider. This was serious. Peter was making him anxious.

He bit into his lip and then took Darvish's hand, hefting himself up. "Okay."

"Of course." She ducked into the cellar and came back shortly with a large jug, which she handed to Darvish before turning with a provocative sway in her hips.
