i've been wanting to read all those books too.
the 2nd summer is the sequel to the traveling pants so yer not an eedjot. hehe. There making it a movie. u can watch the trailer, prolly on Apple. It looks good. =)

sounds EXACTLY like me junior year. why do we do that?

it's that "rebel" quality. even if they don't rebel, they look like they would. i think every girl is a sucker for the bad boy (or bad boy lookalike). even if she's really really good.

remember my crush on BMX rider white guy rebel Tyson in high school? Well if you didn't know, I liked Tyson reallly bad for the first two years. He was the epitome of someone who I don't belong with, but yet I fell. We grew close for a while, writing letters back and forth, him confiding in me, deeming me a close friend. Phone calls. That was an accomplisment in itself, I think. Little ol' me friends with someone like him. It makes me smile even still.

I love skater and punk boys, too. They intrigue me and frighten me a bit at the same time. It always gets me so excited when I find a guy with a mohawk who is actually a total intellectual.

I am the same way with the boy tasting.

The A List had a pretty interesting begining but around the end it was ugh. It was so soap opera all of a sudden. I borrowed it from a friend so I don't feel that guilty for reading it.
I did buy The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Pretty good book. It really makes you think.
I also borrowed The Queen of Everything. I really recommend this since it seems to be about in the same area of the books you like. It really made me mad & sad and not many books made me have that lasting effect.
