A - Accent: None at all, like your average newscaster.  However, I have a reasonably recent (last several years or so) New England accent starting to form.  Geesh!.

The chicken is marinated in the cilantro and lime, and tons of lime juice and cilantro in the stuffing. AND, when it's all prepared and ready to go into the oven, more lime juice and a sprinkle of cilantro. A mild white cheddar works well, but I've a feeling there is a better cheese for the dish that I haven't found. I do put in a touch of garlic, but it's all about the lime and cilantro. After I stuff and tie the breasts I put them in a baking dish, and then pack around it with the leftover stuffing, which is really yummy. I've used regular white rice as well. I think brown rice would be superb too. I've only used boneless skinless breasts, but I think that a skin-on breast might make it more flavorful.

And YES!! I LOVE sharing recipes!! It's where I've gotten most of my good ones!!
