Working as a millenial

Nowadays when I see a millenial, I feel that I have a lot more in common with them now.

I'm constantly checking my twitter when I'm not busy, trying to get more into my community. I realize this is just distractions, that sometimes push me away from my real goal.

So what goals do I have? I should set them, otherwise, other people will set their goals for me.

I think that's what millenials lack - the clear path or golden path to their career. It's like, something new pops up and check it out now have some fun.

I resonate clearly with this guy . and I like the response of this person to his post. It's true we have so many things to finish, but we don't seem to finish anything. It's because we want to keep learning the latest thing, and never truly being content with what we have finished, because it seems the technology use is almost always going obsolete within a few months!

So here's the plan - focus on a tech, say Javascript, and learn it's depths, then broaden your knowledge with the popular stuff, and try to makei it your own. Then you can truly say that you've both learned and _shipped_ something.
