(no subject)
i'm home :) this is so nice, i haven't done ANYTHING since friday. i babysat my cousins in maryland for the weekend which i thought was gonna be somewhat of a drag, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. i got home yesterday at like 1 and i think i can say that i have successfully mastered every type of public transportation without getting seriously lost or discombobulated( ok the last part is questionable, but it wasn't that bad). i flew from bwi at 9 yesterday and i lucked out bc my plane was only 1/3 full, so i had my own row. and the flight? only 40 minutes long. how awesome is that compared to a 2 and 1/2 hour train ride with the prospect of some sketchball sharing seats with you. i had to take the train from ronkonkoma to mineola, which was... an experience. as soon as i walked into that station i knew i was in long island. sketch central. i got home in relatively one piece though.
it's so weird, the last time i was home i had so much time to do what i wanted. i have to keep remembering that i only have a week to squeeze in an insane amount of things before i go back to school.
