He has one, he probably just doesn't train it.

Because of things that apparently happen in the future. Or might happen.

I doubt he'd say much to me if he saw me. He doesn't exactly have any reason to come after me.

Well, that'll make it easier to protect myself! Knuckles is getting really strong. I bet we could take down his Pokemon and himself, if we just trained a little more! [And train you will, young one.]

If he's been in the future, does that mean it's going to happen? Or will time just explode if we get back to Toronto, or something?

I'm a bit more worried he'll try and follow us when we get out of this town.
