[Scott's arrived in Cherrygrove, and has just finished getting some food... and, it seems his face is bruised a bit. Owie?]

I've stocked up on items and food for the road. I wish I could bring meat with me, but they said it would rot.

Of course not. You'd have to get further than towns with Great Balls, right? Cianwood does look like a candidate though!

I've just arrived to Cherrygrove myself. It looks as if 8-bit map time doesn't translate so well to reality, does it? Such a shame! We could've logged a few badges by this point~

It's across the sea, and has a gym! That looks perfect for it, and it might be the final gym! I wonder where we'd get HM03...

I'm there too, but I'm leaving to Violet in the morning. That's where the first Gym is, and where Ramona is. But if this was still the game, I could have beaten it by now!

The first gym normally gives you the ability to use Flash, so I guess I'll find HM05 soon! Flash isn't that useful in battle, but there might be a dark cave nearby.

...I didn't know Ramona before coming here, but she's really pretty and comes from the same place as me. I think I'm in love.

They've changed up everything from Red. It's a bit confusing, but the map seems to say I've got a cave a bit after Violet!

[Well, yeah. i hope she comes one day though] I hope she doesn't mind if I want to stay in Violet a while and beat the Gym Leader. Because I'm going to.
