Made for 1024x768 res, but works on all others as far as I can tell. Should work in IE and Firefox.
Also, it's a free account but it was paid at one point which is why there's a custom mood theme (which is edited each time a new layout is made by simply making new images with the same name/size/location), the mood theme is the only paid account feature used. ^^
