*is walking home when he hears an explosion* Looks around, but can't find the source* *hears another and figures it's coming from beneath him* *climbs down into the sewer* *a Weevil comes running around a corner in his direction but stops and bows to him* *walks around the corner*

*comes at Owen, full tilt with the bat complete with battle cry* WHOA! *notices he's human and stops right before hitting him* You gotta get out of here! You'll get killed. *naturally assumes he's helpless since she's all badass and whatnot*

WHOA, careful with that thing! The only thing down here that might kill me is you. *shoves his hands in his jacket pockets* *is totally nonchalant*

No! There are loads of...aliens. They attacked me but I gave 'em a whatfor with my Nitro-9s. *grins proudly*

*grins at her* You mean the weevils? They're uh...not a problem for me.

*raises an eyebrow at him* What? They only like girls? I suppose it's possible. They all seem...male-ish. Typical. *sees a Weevil in the distance* *raises her bat and looks adorably intimidating for a 19 year old girl* Yeah come over here and growl at me, you rat!

*chuckles at her* No, they'll attack just about anyone. *the Weevil begins to charge, but then backs off and bows* *smiles at her*

*looks at him* What are you? Their leader?

No...*looks at the weevil* but they might think I am....it's a long story.

*furrows her brow* Right. Well, that's odd. So...what's your name, then? I can't just call you...King of the Weevils. Even if it does amuse my typist to no end.

I like that, King of the Weevils. *chuckles* Though it's not much of a kingdom. *extends his hand* Doctor Owen Harper.

*chuckles* 'specially since they all live in the sewers! *shakes his hand* I'm Ace. Just Ace. *grins*
