That's Me
So since I last graced this here Livejournal, the following has happened to me:
- I had a small little housewarming get-together at my new place. I would have thrown a bigger one if I had a bigger apartment. So I kept it relatively small and just invited a small number of people. It turned out decent enough but since I don't like cleaning after other people, I probably won't be throwing another one at my place anytime soon. I'm much more content making a mess of myself at other peoples' places. You can see pictures of this little shindig by clicking here.
- I saw several movies including Superman Returns, which was good, More Pirates of the whatever, which wasn't as good as the first one, and Strangers With Candy, which worked much better as a TV series than a movie.
- A week and a half ago we had to put my dog, Calamity to sleep. That was a really, really bad day for me.
- I visited American Pie for the first time in awhile on their Sunday night excursions. That was a lot of fun; got to see a bikini contest and the girl who won is a girl who regularly frequents girly shows on MavTV, a network I'm a master control operator for. There's another one going on tonight but I doubt I'll make it.
- I've yet to meet anyone at my apartment complex. Kind of difficult seeing how I work nights and sleep days.
And that's basically what has been going on. I'm sure you're all resting easier now that I've updated my life for you.
