I have only two due that day. One was submission in the form of a written report which I have done ahead of time, the other I will sit on my return Wednesday afternoon.

Thursday, perhaps? The distraction would be welcome.

Wednesday afternoon was approved? I would hate for you to miss a midterm due to business circumstances and not be able to make it up.
