New pr today!!

Deadlift 205 lbs!!! I barely got it but i def got some strong freakin legs. I did that plus 60 light weight reps (135 lbs). And to think 6 months ago 135 was my max load, & for 2 of those months I didn't do anything at all! Deadlift is definately my fav lift, but I've been doing legs pretty much all week. I need to be doing more cleans or thrusters to counterbalance the exercises. I also should be doing more handstands, more pullups, more gymnastics wods. I'm just so proud of that number. 205, I never thought I'd see the day.
