-The Year 2003 in Review-
1. What did you do in 2003 that you'd never done before?
Drop out of college.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
This was the first year I didn't make one because all the years before I had and never kept them. I probably won't again this year.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
The only person I know that died this year is my dentist's brother.
5. What countries did you visit?
Canada.
6. What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003?
Jeez, what wouldn't I want to have?
7. What date from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
No date.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
My "big decision".
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not to sound lame, but my whole life is a failure.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
A little depression, a little anorexia. And rug burn.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
My mom a new purse. It's leather.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
I dunno.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
I don't want to talk about it.
14. Where did most of your money go?
I didn't have any money up until this point. And all it's gone towards is Christmas presents. For my mom I got that leather purse. For my dad I got some white collared shirts and lotto tickets. And collectively I got them a Digital Answering Machine. For my brother Kris I got an X-Box Game (Counterstrike) and my other brother Dan I got some stupid neon lights for his car (it's what he asked for). For my grandmother I got a massage shower head. For my cousin I got her a face spa. For her husband I got a shower radio. And a couple other things. That's about it.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Getting a job. And going to Canada... if you can believe it.
16. What song will always remind you of 2003?
50 cent. Party In Da Club

i. happier or sadder? Sadder.
ii. thinner or fatter? Thinner.
iii. richer or poorer? Richer.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Go out.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Be an asshole.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
With my family - Mom, Dad, Grandma, Kris and Dan.
22. Did you fall in love in 2003?
No.
23. How many one-night stands?
0
24. What was your favorite TV program?
Favorite is a tough one. I liked Newlyweds, I liked Rich Girls, I liked Reno 911, I like the OC.
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Sort of.
26. What was the best book you read?
The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
John Hiatt.
28. What did you want and get?
A job.
29. What did you want and not get?
The loss of 10 more lbs. Well, Christmas is still a few days away but I'm pretty sure I'm not getting an IPod. And I didn't get one other thing this year... but I'd rather not specify.
30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Finding Nemo.
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
Nothing. I became 19.
32.What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Someone that understood.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2003?
Comfortable. Non-flashy. Inexpensive. In other words, t-shirts, jeans and sweatshirts.
34. What kept you sane?
I don't know what keeps me sane. Maybe the hope that an opportunity will arise where I can turn things around.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Orlando Bloom.
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Fuck politics.
37. Who did you miss?
Whatever.
38. Who was the best new person you met?
I met a lot of awesome people this year.

Not everything is meant to last. Not every rule is made with the intension to break. Not everything revolves around me.
