DAVID NAPIER, 33, of Genoa, W.Va., husband of Rhonda Pelfrey Napier, died Tuesday at home. He was a tile setter from Local #302. Funeral service 2 p.m. Sunday, Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne, W.Va.; burial at John Napier Cemetery. Visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
