My name is Grizel and I like to dance

I enjoy few things quite as much as I take pleasure in lazy mornings in bed. I fight off urges to make a late breakfast, shower and open up my blinds. I believe that it’s in these hours that spend half way between starting my day and denying it all together, that I am truly happy. What is it about this space and time that makes me feel more complete, more content and most alive? Oh who the hell knows but something truly amazing happened this morning:

I discovered my new life’s passion, I must produce hallucinatory based children’s morning television programs. I discovered a new generation of what will be totally strange and uber cool children. In the future, when we are aged and knock knock knocking on deaths door, it will be the “Yo! Gabba Gabba” generation who will lead the world into peace and save us from the eternal damnation.

Occasionally, I will spiral into a deep paranoia concerning the destruction of the planet as a result of nuclear energy. I will spend hours reading about nuclear fallout and view images of abandoned Chernobyl with obsessive. Last night, I began to enter this familiar pattern when I spend weeks thinking and read about it, but this after this morning… I am inspired to break this pattern. I feel renewed hope in the future; I fear our nuclear development no more. Bring it on baby! My generation might come close to destroying the planet but now my faith is lies in the “Yo! Gabba Gabba” generation. They will clean up our messes. Educate yourself about this generation and free yourself of environmental, financial and technological fears, things will work out. Lets dance!

I got even more excited when I saw who this morning special guests were, none other than Cornelius! The first show I’m attending this year is Cornelius at the Fillmore this Friday. After viewing this clip, I’m sure you’d like to join me.
