Me and the Christians... Round 2

Sep 19, 2006 23:14

So my quest to find entertainment through the internet is a neverending battle.

Typically I find things to read. It's not often anymore that I use the internet for any form of social interaction, aside from the occasional nod to a friend through myspace.

Recently I stumbled upon www.bornagain.com

This site has become a very random outlet for me to interact with the masses, and really see what people I wouldn't normally talk to are all about.

Ah, I'll cut the crap. There's bulletin boards there, and I've found that I can have some fun with them. My first "prayer" was about an aborted fetus. I feared it was going to hell.

Anyway, I only pulled one response from that one, so it ended up being kind of boring.

A couple weeks later I decided to throw another bone out there and see what I got in response.

My "prayer:"

My son keeps wetting the bed. He is now 10 years old. I can't seem to figure out how to make him stop. We've tried everything. Not letting him drink anything too late at night. Even switched rooms, so his would have the bathroom in it. What do I do? Has Satan taken hold of my child? Lord please help me end this nightmare. I'm looking for any suggestions. My wife and I are beginning to think that maybe there is something wrong with him. Maybe it is becuase secretly he isn't willing to accept the words of the lord. Has the devil taken my child?

Please lord, please anyone out there, help me.

1st response:

Greetings.

Try having a nice peaceful story time with your child before bedtime.

Talk him to sleep. Create a wonderful event out of bedtime. Make sure that the stories
are relaxing and peaceful. Never give the devil glory, only GOD gets the GLORY! This will
stop, talk to your child peacefully. Let him contirbute to these stories.

THE LORD Will do the rest.

IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME

AMEN

2nd:

I'm sure there is a real explanation for your son wetting the bed. Search the net for ideas and their explanations also you and your mrs may need to consider taking him to a doctor with your questions.
If you are not happy with the doctors answers seek out anothers.
I knew someone that was in the same situation as your son as he got older, he grew out of it. I hope this might be some help to you.
I will also keep you and your family in our prayers.

God bless.

3rd:

I pray your son is given time to heal and mature and the rate God has decided for him. May God make you strong and hear your request. Amen

I don't think I'm trying to prove anything here, but I do think I need to spend less time on my computer.

The end.
