in the past 2 weeks i will have only worked 5 days. my job isnt stressful but this girl that i work with stresses me out because she always thinks that we arent going to have a job. i know that we'll be fine, but she is always looking online for work while iam online looking for apartments.
so far i have had no luck in the apartment search. everytime i think we've found something good it turns out that its in a bad neighborhood or 4 closet sized rooms with no living room and a shower in a closet.
this week we're taping 8 new Flists, and next week we're taping 2 new 7th ave drops. [jurassic 5 and new found glory]. iam excited to know that shows are coming back into the studio. i like my job. i miss urban people and new haven though.
ive gone to the beach lots this summer. last weekend we went swimming in the pool in the rain and it was awesome.
this friday davey gravey is playing at the webster underground.
mr. E brock is playing at the space with his band The Hallow Sound and everyone should go. i hear there are going to be free cookies. and who doesnt like pounds of rock and cookies?
also finished "My Friend Leonard." made me sad on the train. got a new book now. also rented "how to draw a bunny" i think that's what it's called. havent watched it yet. also seeing little miss sunshine on sunday at criterion if anyone wants to join. i wish this thing would let me put pictures up. <3
