So why do I still burn for you...I can't say.
With her head back
she ran her hands gently over her neck
Remembering where he had traced her skin
With his arm braced under her head to support her weight
She melted there
Under his deceivingly gentle finger tips
A perfect complement to his strength
And then dissolved into the curve of his hips
With the sun on her face
Not with a bang
But with a whimper
They parted ways
The loss was sudden
She'd see him again
And quietly reminisce until then
The experience better left unspoken
There were others who needed apologies
She didnt know what to do or say
Wanting to feel something other than empty
She left only taking recollection on the way
