I need a roomate
richard will be moving out in December. Even if Evan still lets me renew place instead of just kicking us both out, I will need a roomate in order to survive, financially speaking being only the first reason.

1) Josh and Monique cause they already live in town, in too small a house and both have jobs (and at least one of them has a car)
2) Megan cause she needs to go and get out, look gorgous in my house everyday and enjoy the easy money and high stress that the desert provides (and i miss her terribly)
