He mistakes Howard's lack of omniscience for not caring, as, I find, offspring are wont to do. ("If you cared, you'd know!" "If you cared, you'd have remembered!" No, actually.)

My dad and I are definitely guilty of this both ways, though thankfully not to this extent and we get on very well and even better now that I'm older and able to understand how he communicates more than when I was little. But we're both people who live a lot in our heads, and sometimes I think we think we've made it clear what we're trying to say, but we haven't relayed all the information required. I know I've gotten annoyed because someone isn't following me and then I realized I've never actually voiced allowed what I was thinking. My mom has to play translator between us sometimes.

So, I feel like adding genius levels of intelligence on there, when everything seems so simple that you can't distinguish what is common knowledge or not any more, you'd get a lot of your brain moving so fast that you forget to relay the important stuff.

He's more perceptive about Tony than Howard, which is a little sad but believable.

My working theory is that Jarvis probably filled in some of the gaps that Howard left as a father. The fact that Tony still has a version of J.A.R.V.I.S looking after him makes me think he was very influential in his life.

The daemons fit their people very well.

Thank you! Thanks for reading and commenting!
