Author's Notes: I started writing this for one of the prompts at dresdenflashfic but it ended up moving away from the theme more than I wanted. I decided to go with something else

I know, know. I was gonna include the presents, but it didn't fit in. I was thinking, if people were interested, I might write a couple 'Harry opening his present' and 'Murphy opening her present' pieces. As for the snogging, that'll have to come later.

And, I made my icon, actually. I made all my icons (she said, pretentiously). I post them at citadel_icons and that particular icon can be found here. I loved that cap. I don't even know what he's doing, but it makes me happy. :D

As for the icon, guh, it's the hands. Definitely the hands. Paul Blackthorne has such lovely hands, and I have a thing for men's hands. *saves for further drooling*

Oh oh and I remembered what he's doing! It's from The Boone Identity, that bit at the end where Boone came into the shop and Harry shushed the owner before jabbing the voodoo doll. He's midway through reaching down for the doll and still has his lips pursed from shushing.
How has Murphy not jumped him yet? More importantly, how much of a geek am I?

Not too much of a geek. As you as you mentioned it, I remember what you were talking about. My friend looks at my Firefly icons and can name the line being spoken and the line directly after it. So, geek on.

And, is that a vote for me to continue with this? ;-)

Indeed, RIP Firefly. Oooh, I may just. I'm such a Harry/Susan shipper (*sobs*) but Harry/Karrin makes me happy too. I just finished reading Summer Knight and the banter in there has convinced me that theirloveisocanon. "Murphy's got a girl gun!" :D

I should also add that Summer Knight is as far as I've gotten. Which, four books in a month is pretty good and it would be more if the damned bookstore would keep the ones I need in stock and stop putting the ones I-used-to need-but-don't-anymore-because-I-had-to-get-them-from-Amazon on the shelves instead. :P
