I've decided it's time to replace/renovate the stereo in my car. Today, I was saddened and disappointed after having to disconnect the right side sub speaker in my trunk, since it's been buzzing so bad. I feel like less of a person now... :(
So, I've been spending a good chunk of time drooling at the Sony Xplod line of products (i.e. subs, amps, headunits, interior speakers, and various accessories), and realised that just to replace my shit with the interior speakers and sub speakers I want would cost almost $1,000 by itself (it'd be around $800, give or take). To replace the headunit and the amps would be about the same price. And that's not including the possibility of having to rewire everything with new wiring (which would add new expenses, I'm sure, seeing as how right now I'm running the cap for my amps with 4 guage wire, and this shit would use a lot more power...so I'd probably need 2 guage or thicker), and then the possibility of later on getting even crazier with the sound system.
All in all, my point is I need a lot of money, and this makes me sad.
